I´m sitting here, in my wonderful room, it´s just another rainy thursday afternoon - well actually it´s already evening. Yesterday after work I went once again to lcm. While the newies were doing there computer stuff, I had a really nice discussion with the first person I got to know in Stuttgart back in december, the bosch responsible @ aiesec, my buddy or however you like to call her - thx Susanne! It´s always funny to be around you;-)
This morning then, I had to wake up reeeeally early. 5.15 - it was not only for me to early. At 0630 we left Leinfelden by car in direction Solothurn. After we passed Zürich, we went to drink a coffee. That´s where another strange situation happened: I had to be interpreter. Translating from swiss german to german and to english at the same time as I was travelling with my boss, who´s spanish and another colleague from china. And the waitress didn´t get it that she should try to speak swiss german with a little bit german accent...;-)
Anyway, we arrived at Scintilla sometime after 10 o´clock and from 1030 on we had a really long meeting (of course with lunch break) until 1700. On one hand it was really interesting to see, what kind of challenges and problems different departments can face while working togehter, although they´re in the same company. But on the other hand it was a bit annoying because it was far too long. And the topic is to be continued...
At least my way home wasn´t that long. As I can take off friday I can spend a long weekend until monday at home in Bern!
